How do I contact customer support by phone?
Please call us at 310-581-5059
Do you have a toll-free number?
To contact us toll free please email us with your name, phone number, and time to call (in reference to Pacific Standard Time). A member of our customer service staff will contact you as soon as possible.
How do I locate my Order ID?
The order ID is a generated as soon as we accept your order. You can find it in our confirmation email sent to you upon receipt of your order and it is printed on all packing slip and packaging material sent to you.

If you cannot find your order ID or are unsure if we have received your order, please email us with your First Name, Last Name, the email address used to place the order, and the date you believe your order was placed. We will search for your information and respond back to you within 24-48 hours.

I have left a phone message or emailed you. How soon will I hear from you?
We do respond to phone messages and emails as soon as we receive them. Certain times of the year however, it is possible that it may take more than 48 hours to respond to your request. This delay may be extended during or after Holidays.

If it takes us more than 48 hours to respond please check whether our emailed responses have been intercepted by your email filtering programs. If you are not using any email filters, drop us a note indicating that this is a followup to an original email, including the nature of your request. If your request is urgent pleace call (310) 581-5059 and leave us a number where we can reach you back. Note the time difference in reference to Pacific Standard Time.
