How long does it take to complete a Return or Exchange

The complete Return/Exchange process depends on how soon we receive the returned merchandise. As soon as we receive your returned merchandise we will need to review them and process any credits or exchanges. This process can take 24-48 hours (it may take longer during or after Major Holidays) from receipt. For credits or charges relevant to a return please allow a week to ten days before they will appear on your account.

As soon as we ship your exchanged items, we will send you an email confirming shipment. You can check the details of your exchange/return by logging to "My Account" using your email and account number.
