The Neptune Collection - Sterling Silver Earrings - Heart and Opal (8mm)
One of the earliest examples from the Middle Ages of the heart is from a French manuscript "Roman de la poire" depicting a man kneeling and offering his heart to a damsel. The heart is the ultimate symbol of love and devotion. It has become so commonplace in society but the symbol has truly endured over the years. Giving someone a heart shows them that you care enough to offer part of yourself to them.
Sterling silver earrings features opal gemstones on a heart. The opal is iridescent meaning the look and reflections change when you view it from different directions. The back of the earrings has a fine "punched silver" texture.
