Mountain Tea grows wild in crevices of hard limestones and other rocky
mountain areas of Greece, and it is typically hand-picked. Its formal name
is "Sideritis syriaca". Sideritis (translating to "has iron") has been
traditionally used to aid digestion, strengthen the immune system and suppress
common cold, the flu and other viruses, allergies and shortness of breath, sinus
congestion, even pain and mild anxiety
Boil about 15 gr of tea for each
