"Cafe of Dreams is an imaginary Cafe. Sometimes used as a cabaret other times as a concert hall. By changing continuously, it attracts people of different cultural background, thus creating a universal collage of music, dance, and other varieties of entertainment.

All of the enclosed songs have been performed through the years at this imaginary "Cafe of Dreams" in New Orleans, Miami, North Vancouver, Honolulu, New York, Paris, Athens, Hilo, Kona, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and various other places around the world.

The recording of these songs materialized in North Hollywood, and in Athens, at the studio of Dave Waterbury in North Hollywood, also Kostas Vlahos and Dimitris Tzimas at the Studios Prisma and Studio Marousi in Athens, Greece. A deeply felt "thank you" goes to all and everyone who participated for the recordings of these songs, and all of whom I consider my friends."
